OUR FIVE-STEP PROCESS - HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1 - CONSULTATION
The first step of our process is to visit your home and examine the space you want redone. We’ll take all the necessary measurements, address any concerns you might have, and listen to your needs and wants. This consultation takes about an hour and is completely free, and you won’t be obligated to continue working with us if you don’t want to afterward.
STEP 2 - DESIGN
When you work with other companies or contractors, the design phase can take weeks to complete. However, Clozetivity of Southern CA uses highly advanced design software, assisted by AI, that allows us to generate between four to six designs within minutes. You’ll be able to pick the one you like the most right there, and we’ll give you a price estimate on the spot.
STEP 3 - ORDERING
Once we have your design in hand, we’ll start ordering all the materials that we’ll need to make the project a success. After you receive your estimate via text or email, you’ll put down a deposit, and we’ll place the order with our North American manufacturers, who only use the highest-quality materials. Typically, we receive the materials after five to seven weeks, after which we’ll reach back out to set up an installation time and date.
STEP 4 - PREPARATION
Before we arrive, we’ll need you to empty the project space so we can get to work immediately. We ask that you remove everything from the space, including shelving and closet rods, and take care of any painting you’d like to do a day or two before we arrive so the paint has time to dry. On top of that, you should repair any damage left behind by nails or holes.
STEP 5 - INSTALLATION
When the big day finally arrives, our team will come to you with all the necessary materials and start installing your new custom closet! You can expect your custom closet installation to take one day to complete, but in some cases, it could be longer. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of the project. At this point, you won’t have to lift a finger. Just let us handle everything from setup to unloading and the final thorough cleanup.
